This ceremony package is for small intimate gatherings of 2 to 30 family and guest.
SF, East, North and South Bay, Sonoma and Napa-Officiant donations are evaluated on a case to case basis. Donations are based on complexity of ceremony, amount of time involved and travel. Mileage evaluated from 2079 market Street., SF Ca. 94114. **Please note Civil Ceremonies are not emailed out.

Simple and Sweet Traditional Ceremony content is approximately 15-20 minutes depending upon the type of vows you choose-Personal (you write) Traditional. This ceremony package includes an "over the phone" check in call to discuss all of the details.
You may arrive with your personal vows on the day of your ceremony, if you choose.
I will meet you at your location, on your reservation and perform a Traditional Civil Ceremony
Complete and file the marriage license to the County Recorders Office.

Simple and Sweet "Formal Notes"-This ceremony package was created for couples who want a simple and sweet civil ceremony and have more than 30 guest and/or more than one set of wedding attendants and/or a desire for a Check in Call, the week of the wedding to go over the details. A Formal ceremony is more complex and requires more time. This package includes an "Over the Phone" Check in call to check in the week of the wedding and go over any details of the ceremony. Civil Ceremonies are not emailed out. This is not a custom content ceremony package. For couples that desire custom content, please choose the Custom Ceremony Package. Rehearsals for the SILVER and CUSTOM Ceremony Package are available as needed.

HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION: Please email me at with 1. Both parties first and last names 2. Exact date and ceremony start time 3. Exact Location with address 4. Number of Guest 5. The ceremony package that matches the needs and dynamics of your wedding---Based on Location, Type of Ceremony-Civil or Custom, Number of Guest. 6. A statement that you accept the donation amount of your ceremony package and that you are ready for us to draft and email you the Service Donation Retainer for payment-a link for payment will be included with the Service Donation Retainer Invoice.

Once I receive the REQUESTED REQUIRED DETAILS, First I will determine that I am available. Also, I will evaluate the driving pattern, time involved, scheduling and I will assess that your wedding needs match your stated ceremony package request.

Upon receipt of the requested required information numbered above, If the date and time block remains available. Then we will draft a Service Retainer invoice to be paid online>a link for donation with any Major Credit Card or PayPal Account to secure your reservation will be included OR we may arrange a time to contact you to secure the full donation.

SERVICE DONATION RETAINER FEES: All Ceremony dates and block of times are secured with a 50% retainer only. Basic is the full fee. Following Receipt of payment, within 24 hours, you will receive an email ceremony reservation confirmation containing the details of the ordered ceremony package as listed on the website. Donation Processor requires a 2% payment processing fee to the total ceremony package price.

The Officiant will move directly on to acquiring the couple's consent to marriage. The Couple shall make vows to each other (Say I do). The Officiant pronounces The Couple married. **Mayors Balcony/4th Floor and/or Couples that hire videographers are Ineligible for the Special City Hall "basic" Ceremony Package.** Please choose from our Standard Simple and Sweet BRONZE or SILVER or Custom Ceremony Packages.

SPECIAL Ceremony Packages are designed to offer reduced fees from the Standard Ceremony Fees during Off Season and not so popular times and days. SPECIAL Ceremony Packages are unavailable during ideal and most popular times and days, including weekends, holidays and holiday weekends.

IMPORTANT SPECIAL NOTES-PLEASE READ: A Perfect Gay Ceremony does not issue marriage licenses. It is the couples responsibility to obtain a valid marriage license. For marriage license information, please Google-Marriage License in the County where your ceremony will take place. Requested Dates and times are not reserved until the invoice has been paid.

Failure to pay the donation retainer within 8 hours from the couples confirmation to make donation payment, the couples requested date and time block will be released on my calendar of availability and open to other couples. All reservations for the Simple and Sweet/Custom Packages wil be secured with a 50% Service Donation Retainer. A Perfect Gay Ceremony is not involved in the venue/location planning of your ceremony/wedding. It is the couples responsibility to secure space for their ceremony/wedding.

*A PERFECT GAY CEREMONY "VOW RENEWAL" PACKAGE*

A Renewal of vows is a meaningful, sentimental and rejuvenating experience for a couple to commemorate an anniversary or special occasion in your relationship.It is a great time to reaffirm your love and devotion to each other.

When renewing your vows, a marriage license is not required. Select either the "CUSTOM" or the "SILVER" ceremony package depending on the formality of your ceremony and your budget. I will work within your budget as best as I can.

SPECIAL NOTES-SPECIAL CEREMONY PACKAGES ARE NOT OFFERED DURING IDEAL AND MOST POPULAR TIMES AND DAYS TO INCLUDE WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. It is always best to email as far in advance as possible to check for availability for your date and time. EVENING CEREMONIES-A Perfect Gay Ceremony's hours are 9am-6:00pm. Evening Ceremonies scheduled from 3:00pm- 6:30pm or thereafter/Summer Months and Official Holidays are Ideal and most popular.

To Make Payment for a Reservation: Please email me with both parties first and last names, exact date, exact time, exact location number of guest and the selected ceremony package that matches the dynamics of your ceremony/wedding. A statement that you are ready to make the donation payment. Then, I will either email you an retainer invoice to be paid online with any Major Credit Card or PayPal Account OR arrange a day and time to secure payment over the phone. SILVER and CUSTOM Ceremony dates and times are secured with a Service Donation Retainer which will include a link for a 50% Retainer donation. Following receipt of payment, within 24 hours, you will receive an email ceremony reservation confirmation.
